Apologies

I've been playing with my new cell phone, and one of my favorite parts is the really nice (for a cell phone) camera, so I've started posting things directly here as they strike me. Lately it's been more of a "ooh shiny" reaction to anything new, but in future I think the pictures will be at least moderately more useful than "look at my kitty."

Also, the thing identified below is not from Scotland. It's from Hyde Park Corner in london, adjacent to the Hard Rock Cafe. I forget what it is, maybe the monument to Duke Wellington? Anyway, I promise, the other 800 or so pictures from my most recent trek across the pond will be forthcoming soon. Possibly this weekend, if i don't get distracted by penn state kicking OSU back across the state line where they belong.
